THE MANTICORE PERKS & STATS

The Manticore is an excellent Exotic Submachine Gun added by Bungie in The Season of the Seraph. This Submachine Gun deals Void damage, and it does a great job in PvE activities.

This Exotic Submachine Gun has 900 RPM, is in the Energy slot, and uses primary ammo. All the weapons stats are pretty good, but where it shines is Impact: 15, Handling: 73, Reload Speed: 30.

As for perks, the Manticore comes with:

• Arrowhead Brake – Greatly controls recoil and increases handling speed.
• Ricochet Rounds – Rounds ricochet off hard surfaces.
• Swooping Talons – Dealing Damage while airborne increases this weapon's damage output.
• Fitted Stock – This stock makes the weapon stable but heavy.

THE MANTICORE CATALYST

You can get the Manticore Catalyst by completing a three-step mission called "Volantes Violentiam". After getting the Manticore, you can get the quest by talking to Banshee-44.

The Manticore catalyst enhances the weapon with Flying Monster perk – Final blows with this weapon while Airborne grant damage resistance.
