The Heartbreaker build represents one of the best PvP builds introduced with TU15. The synergy between the Kingbreaker assault rifle, Heartbreaker Set, Catharsis Mask, and Fox's Prayer is incredible. We strongly recommend using the Scanner Pulse for maximum efficiency.
You only use the shotgun to build up the Heartbreaker stacks. Alternatively, you can swap the shotgun for an LMG with the "Flatline" talent. Also, you can use some weapon damage rolls and go for a hybrid blue-red core build, but make sure you don't go below 1.2 million armor!
