Argos is available on Abyss Raids, and you need to be at least 1370 item level(Phase 1), 1385(Phase 2), and 1400(Phase 3) to access it. Argos is a Tier 3 raid that drops accessories, ability stones, engraving books, cards, and materials to craft the legendary sets.
