Faction representatives will offer Runes for each class upon reaching Friendly reputation with either network. While not all Runes are immediately useful, new content levels may expand their utility.

HOW TO INCREASE DUROTAR SUPPLY & LOGISTICS REPUTATION?

To start working on the Durotar Supply and Logistics reputation, you must acquire Waylaid Supplies quest items.

To obtain Waylaid Supplies in SoD, you must find and defeat mobs of level 6 or higher. These can be turned in for a small reward, but completing them with missing goods yields more Reputation.

Supplementing the Waylaid Supplies is also helpful. Add missing profession or gathering items from your bags to Waylaid Supplies for a bigger Reputation boost. While the profit is minimal, the Reputation gains are significant.
