Ashes of Al'ar is a rare flying mount added in The Burning Crusade expansion patch 2.1, which awards you 60% to 100% ground speed and +150%, +280%, or +310% flying speed, depending on your ride skills. To get this mount, you must drop it from Kael'thas Sunstrider boss in the Tempest Keep: The Eye Raid raid with a 2% drop chance.
