Turbulent Timeways is an end-of-season event that occurs until the end of October focused on completing Timewalking Dungeons to obtain the Master of the Turbulent Timeways meta-achievement & Sandy Shalewing mount.
WHAT ARE THE TIMEWALKING DUNGEONS IN WOW?
Timewalking dungeons in WoW are special events where players can experience older dungeons from past expansions with adjusted difficulty and scaled character power. It lets players relive nostalgia while earning relevant rewards.
The weekly quest called A Savage Path Through Time is available every three weeks in Valdrakken, at Kazra. Weekly quests reset while timewalking dungeons are rotated to another expansion every three weeks.

WEEKLY TIMEWALKING QUEST GEAR ILVL
Also, for a limited time, the Timewalking quest in Valdrakken from Kazra will offer an increased reward—a Heroic level Cache of Vault Treasures with items level 428-437. The reward upgrade is only available for this special Timewalking event. After Turbulent Timewalking has run its course, the reward returns to ilvl 415 Cache of Vault Treasures.
Your ilvl quest-completion rewards are between 402-415 ilvl. In timewalking dungeons, you can expect explorer & adventurer gear that can be upgraded to a stronger ilvl using Flightstones.
