The Omega Protocol Ultimate Raid is available once you complete the Abyssos: The Eighth Circle (Savage) and speak with the Wandering Ministrel in Old Sharlayan (x12.7 14.2).

HOW TO ACCESS THE OMEGA PROTOCOL ULTIMATE RAID

The Omega Protocol (Ultimate) can only be accessed via the Raid Finder after forming a pre-made party of eight players who have all completed the raid Abyssos: The Eighth Circle (Savage).

  • Limited jobs not allowed
  • Unrestricted Parties are not allowed
  • If a player logs out or disconnects when combat is initiated, they will be KO'd upon returning to the game.

The Omega Protocol is the most challenging raid in the game. It can be particularly difficult to find a skilled group that handles the boss's mechanics.

The raid is also known as TOP and is based on the final two encounters of the Omega raid series from Stormblood, "Omega", "Omega-M", and "Omega-F". You need to understand the bosses' mechanics because otherwise, they can easily one-shot you!
