WHAT IS THE ASHENVALE EVENT IN WORLD OF WARCRAFT?

Ashenvale is a beautiful forest and ancestral home of the Night Elves, who control several settlements over the zone, such as Ashenvale, Silverwind Refuge, Maestra's Post and the Shrine of Aessina. The Horde also has a smaller presence, with settlements at the Zoram'gar Outpost and Splintertree Post.

This event is unique to Season of Discovery and will offer valuable rewards including new PVP gear, honor points, Warsong Gulch faction reputation, a new world buff, and zone-specific mounts that you might find familiar.

HOW DO I JOIN THE BATTLE OF ASHENVALE?

The Ashenvale PvP event is activated through player-versus-player kills within the zone. A progress bar will appear at the top of your screen, indicating the event's advancement.

Once the progress bars are completely filled, the event will commence, and a leader for each faction will appear: Felore Moonray for the Alliance and Kazragore for the Horde. Icons indicating contested areas will then be displayed on both the zone map and the mini-map. Additionally, a zone-wide notification will be sent to your chat, alerting all players of the event's start.
