The Ashkandur drop rate is 21.86% and it is dropped by the 8th boss of AtSC raid, Neltharion.
IS THIS ITEM UPGRADEABLE?
No. It has a pre-defined ilvl, and the only variants are 424 for Normal AtSC and 437 for Heroic AtSC.
