Bound Shadehound is an impressive hound obtained by completing a secret puzzle in the Maw, followed by the Feral Shadehound questline.
Before you start the secret puzzle, you must have Appreciated reputation with Ve'nari.
HOW TO GET THE BOUND SHADEHOUND MOUNT
- Go to Ve'nari and buy Stygia Dowser for 1500 Stygia.
- Complete the puzzle at (24.0, 75.5).
- Get Crumbling Stele and go back to Ve'nari.
- Ve'nari will sell you Partial Rune Codex for 2000 Stygia.
- Next, you have to find 3 missing pages.
- Rune Codex Page: Forging - can be found in Death's Howl Cave (48.8 84.7).
- Rune Codex Page: Souls - can be found in Perdition Hold (27.2 72.3).
- Rune Codex Page: Binding - can be found at the upper level of the Tremaculum (24.6 12.6).
- Click on the pages and transform them into Intact Rune Codex.
- Kill Soulforger Rhovus (35.8, 41.8) and get Soulforger's Tools.
- Craft Stygia Bar - with x10 Stygia Dust and x10 Stygia Sliver.
- Craft Armored Husk - with x1 Soulforger's Tools and x20 Stygia Bar.
- Go to the Willing Wolf Soul in Gorgoa, River of Souls (25.0, 42.0) and get Willing Wolf Soul.
- Go back to Ve'nari with the Armored Husk and the Willing Wolf Soul to create Feral Shadehound.
- Complete Feral Shadehound quest
- Enjoy your desired mount
