You need to collect the following 4 Quartered Ancient Rings and combine them at Soulsteel Forge:

Quartered Ancient Ring - is obtained by completing Clearing the Walls quest.
Quartered Ancient Ring - is a random spawn on the floor at Perdition Hold.
Quartered Ancient Ring - is dropped by Maw Mad Construct
- 2. Nilganihmaht's Runed Band
This ring is dropped from rare Torglluun in the Rift phase of The Maw with a 100% drop chance. - 3. Nilganihmaht's Gold Band This ring is found at (19.17, 32.30). All you have to do is to climb the mountain and get the ring.
- 4. Nilganihmaht's Silver Ring
To get this ring, you need 4x Seal Breaker Key to unlock the Domination Sealed Chest. - 5. Nilganihmaht's Signet Ring
This ring is dropped from the rare Exos, Herald of Domination which must be summoned by collecting Dominion Etching: Pain, Dominion Etching: Loss, and Dominion Etching: Grief.
