HOW TO GET THE IVORY CLOUD SERPENT MOUNT?

To achieve the rare Ivory Cloud Serpent mount, you have to finish the Legendary Cloak questline in BFA to gain the capability to see all the NPCs. You need to find an item called Zan-Tien Lasso that drops from the Mogu in the zone.

If you are using the TomTom tracking addon, these are the coordinates for the NPC Spawn (27,56) above the Zan-Tien Camp. It flies at a very high speed and does an entire route between the Golden Stairs and Mogu'Shan palace until it despawns randomly between those two points. The respawn time is one to two hours!
