You can unlock the Legendary Cloak by completing a quest chain split across 5 chapters, with each chapter unlocking at the start of a Phase. Each quest requires players to complete a variety of high difficulty tasks, either in the current Raid or through Celestial dungeons, which will grant various rewards at the end of each chapter.

We will complete all raid-related parts of the questline via Celestial Dungeons to obtain the Legendary Cloak and complete all quests.
