To be able to craft the Timeworn Wayfarer weapon you need to acquire 5 deepsight Timeworn Wayfarer weapons (red borders). This scout rifle was introduced in the Episode: Echoes as a random Breach Executable activity drop or it can be focused at the Failsafe vendor in the H.E.L.M.

DELIVERY METHOD
As for delivery, this service is available in Piloted mode ONLY, with account sharing (recovery), so a booster will have to log into your account and complete the Timeworn Wayfarer normal & deepsight weapons service for you. When it's complete, you will get an e-mail and notification.
