To be able to start the mission, you have to visit Eris Morn on the Moon, where she will give you the ''Whispers of the Past'' exotic quest. From there, all you need to do is open up the “Into the Light” menu on the Director and select “The Whisper.” Each Oracle on normal or legend version of the Exotic mission will award one or more intrinsic perks that can be slotted when crafting the exotic weapon Whisper of the Worm.
